Default requirments for uberdata

ive got a 99 civic thats ls vtec and will be re turbo charged again. I was thinking about running uberdata. I know i need a p28, so does that mean i have to convert it to obd1. Also, i was thinking about running an exhaust cut out, so does uberdata havea mode where it can run to save gasoline because i know that will change the enviroment the engine is in. And can someonne tell me something about chrome. I havent looked into this, is it a free download like uberdata?

p28 is good, you can run uberdata or crome with that, converted to obd1. Crome is SO much better, and free, unless you get cromepro for 150 bucks. It doesn't have a "mode" for saving on gas or emissions, but you can tune it properly to reduce emissions.
