The bolt on the lowet ball joint has some crossed threads. The castle nut will only go on part way and then just turns the ball joint . Do I have to replace the lower ball joint? How do I get it out of the knuckle? At least my other side went on smooth . Thanks guys

 

did u try using an impact gun?

 

you could try and chase those threads first with the proper die and see if they clean up. Sorry, I don't know size and pitch off the top of my head.

I'm not sure you're going to be able to get that balljoint out on your own if that doesn't work.
