Default B20 swap into an EK...can I keep the stock radiator?

ever since the swap the temp guage sometimes hits higher then normal but then goes back down when I'm moving.
is this because I'm using the stock rad?
if so which radiator should I change it to?

thanks

should be ok, check if you have any air pockets in your coolant and make sure the fan turns on, i am pretty sure you just have to bleed your coolant
