What do i need to completly upgrade my ignition system.

Well want to upgrade my 12 year old ignition system. What should I get for my h23? what coil? what parts?

Keep it stock. There's nothing wrong with the oem ignition system.

Yeah, a while back I upgraded everything in the ignition and always had problems with ignition boxes (like MSD 6 & Jacobs electronics).

The basic stuff to just upgrade would be plugs and wires, cap and rotor, coil and an ignition box. That won't really do very much except make the car run really smooth.....which is good, but not much performance gain.
