sounds like you need a multimeter and some time. you need to check EVERY fuse in the car and under the hood. Get back to us after that.
IF all the fuses are good, you have a SERIOUS wiring issue...fire hazard style. let me know

I'm not sure of the fuse, but in my bro's civic, he blew one, and it was for his dash lights and everything, sounds like a fuse issue.

Check them ALL, don't skimp. Make sure they're all good just so you don't have problems waiting to happen. That fuse SHOULD be in the drivers kick...but it is possible it's under the hood

Im having the same problem with my map light, dome light , clock, and cig. lighter. They all run from one fuse, each time i put in a new fuse it blows it, even when i replace it with a higher watt fuse. I know for sure im shorting out somewhere, but im having a really hard time finding where its shorting out at. Does anybody know where the interior grounds are? I want my damn clock to work, im sick of looking at my cell phone.

I dunno where the grounds are...but if you are dealing with a direct short, it's not THE GROUND that's the problem. It's one of the switched +12v wires or constant +12v wires. Start with the radio/cig lighter...make sure you're not getting any direct shorts behind the dash...just check the wires and make sure you get a GROUND ONLY ON THE GROUND WIRE...if you find you have a ground on the wire that supply's 12v, then you have found your problem. Hit me up if you need help.
