Default Broke bolt in head.. options??

Ah ****. Well I over tightened one of the cam retainer bolts (is that what its called?), anyway its one of the 20 12mm bolts that hold the cams in in a bseries. I broke the one on the exhuast side, top left bolt.

The bolt snapped and part of it is still in the head. What are my options here?

I got a screw extractor but im not sure how to use it.. can any give some info?
If that doesnt work can i just drill out the screw and retap it with a tap and die?

thanks, this sux

I found this after searching the archives for "extractor" in 10 seconds.
