whats obd1(A) as to obd1(B) same with ...2(A) and ...2(B)
Im confused. obd2a
obd2b
obd1a
obd1b what is this, i though it was just obd1 or 2 not
A or B, can someone tell me what the "A" and
the "B" mean.

OBD1 is 92-95 for honda's (other companys are a little different but not by much). There is no A or B for OBD1.
OBD2a and OBD2b is when they desided to change it and it goes by the year. 96-98 is A and 98 up is B (or its the other way i never remember)
OBD = On Board Diagnostic (sp?)

more emissions control stuff. i know that obd2 systems use a second 02 sensor after the cat. not sure what the difference in 2a and 2b is tho. for tuning purposes stick to obd1. much easier to tune.
