Acura/Honda Integras switched to OBD2 from 1996 onward. The difference between the two is the emissions protocols. It is easier to modify/tune OBD1 vehicles because the emissions requirements are less stringent.
Some say OBD1 cars are slightly faster, but this has yet to be proven reliably.
EDIT: The above is simply the difference between the actual ECU. There are tons of differences between the actual vehicles (mostly aesthetic, rather than engine differences).
