Default Iac block off?

I think you can remove the iac by blocking off and plugging the hose lines. will that work? and 2nd if it will where can i get the plates. i tries to search on ebay an no luck. i also tries google. Thanks for the hlep. i trying to free up some space there for my nitrous set up.

You need the IACV dude.

edit: Unless you just want to move it.... Then you could probably make a plate pretty easily.

I had mine blocked off for a while when i had a bad iavc . It adjusted the idle with the idle screw, but im in fl so cold starts arnt usually a problem. I left it plugged in with a plate over the ports.

it has an effect when you turn the a/c on tho
when the a/c is on...the iacv adjusts to keep your idle proper
without it....your idle will just drop
