Default Header installation, O2 sensor?

I just bought a 4-2-1 header, and it appears that it only has one port for an oxygen sensor, located about where the one in the stock manifold mounts. What do I do with the other oxygen sensor? I imagine my check engine light will be coming on anyway, but I'm just curious what I should do to make sure the car works alright. Thanks! Steve

There is a O2 sensor replacement fitting that you can buy and it will trick your ecu into thinking there are two (so your CEL won't shine)

Thanks. And then you'd run without any O2 sensors, correct?
If that were true, would it be OK to drive the car temporarily with the sensors unplugged and removed? I'm sure the CEL will come on, but would the engine really function any differently?

you have to have the primary o2 has to be there to control the a/f. if your car obd2, there'll be a 2nd after the header, that you can put an o2 sim and use a test pipe without a cel!

I'm sorry, you're going to have to clarify what obd2 means...I'm new at this.

So if I run the car with the primary 02 sensor in place, and the second sensor unplugged until I get one of those 02 simulators, would the car work well enough and reliable enough to be taken on a long trip?

As for the 02 simulator, is this all that is really required to prevent the light from coming on? Please check out the link below.

By the way, the car's a 1998 Civic LX

your car IS OBDII, its the type of emissions system all cars run from 96-2003 i believe, OBDIII comes in somewheres. But anywho, the 02 sensors are:
1. 1st one in the header
2. Inside the catalytic converter or right before it I can't remember.
Im starting to think im not helping much, so good luck.
