okay i did a com check on my delsol that has a b18b in it 120,000 miles on it and the # were 120-120-130-130 isnt that low but my car doesnt smoke burn oil or run bad it pulls a 9.56 in the 1/8 stock motor dont know what could be wrong the motor came out of a 97 integra
I think compression numbers can vary drastically from tester to tester. Some people have got 120's to 130'2 before, then they'll use a different tester a week later and get 200's. Consistency is the key.
I wouldn't be really concerned about it. If you want try and use a different tester just to see if it gives you different numbers. Besides, if it runs good it runs good. You could always do a leakdown test too just for peace of mind.

To perform a compression test properly, the car has to be warm, you take out the plugs and wires (naturally of course) and hold the throttle wide open and spin the motor approximately 5 times. If the car is cold and throttle blade closed, it will be lower than actual numbers.
Oh, and for a B18B with those miles, I would expect mid 170's or so with a standard tester, maybe plus or minus 10 psi as the ones you can buy at autozone and wherever else aren't actually calibrated.
