c's shifter - does it wear out?

Default c's shifter - does it wear out?

i just looked at my c's shifter after i removed it from the car. there is some play in the spherical bearing at the pivot point. has anybody ever tried fixing this?

thanks, but i'm in asia. the shipping alone would probably cost more than the shifter

can anyone tell me what king of grease comes with the c's shifter? i'm assuming i should grease the pivot and the bearings while it's out of the car

rollerblade bearings if you need a replacement. skateboard bearings might fit too.
