When I first start my car in the morning, everything is fine. I let it warm up, back out, and go. When I first go in the morning, the car clicks as it's going. After a few minutes, it quits. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Thanks!

I had an LS integra that did the same thing. I changed the timing belt, water pump, and adjusted the valves and then had no more problems with the noise, my GSR just started doing the same thing so i guess i'll be doing this procedure on that car aswell.

Could be the valves, injectors or 'piston slap'. All are pretty common noises on Honda I-4s when cold (and sometimes even warm). I'd adjust the valves and see if that helps.
Whats the milage of the car? Above 80k change the timing belt and adjust the valves. (change the water pump with the belt) how cold are the mornings where your at?
