I only got one run in one of our friends B16 turbo coupe and managed to run 11.92@118 mph last night. I will post a video of it later on today as soon as my friend posts it up on my website. It has a chipped P28 still running fmu. We will turn up the boost and take it next Friday to see what it does. The motor has SRP pistons and eagle rods (stock sleeves) with a Drag kit , everything else has been untouched.

Impressive to say the least for such low boost. Good MPH to. Does he have headwork? Get him some EM though dude before that FMU wastes something.

Very Impressive then. That motor must be very healthy. Yeah, you can get away w/ 25* total for a while on low boost. Give your buddy my congrats and good luck in the future.

Dayum

Nice work. Give us some more info!!!! WHP, stock axles, radials or slicks, etc....

I'm trying to do the same thing, 10psi and I'm only pulling 12.6 so far....I need better 60ft times to bring my overall run down. More seat time for me also!!

I got the one pass down here at what they call the Midnight Drags and they do not give slips on these days , that is why we had it video taped. The car has no LSD and I was using the 22x9.5x13" slicks that belong to my CRX. I bogged out of the hole but it felt like at least a 1.9 sixty ft time. The car weighs 2500+ w/ driver and just made a little under 300 hp at that boost. I am going to take it this Friday and they will have timeslips so I can post them up. Oh I forgot to mention , we have stock axles. Good luck Mike on your goal , as you can see it is possible !
