i've been getting a cel code 1 ever since i did a clutch job.(had someone else do it) bought a new o2 sensor thinking that was the culprit. reset the ecu and still get the code. what else should i check?

Actually they don't , its very very uncommon. Sure you reset the ecu long enough, sure the 02 sensor is good ? Did you have to do any wiring, check the wiring.
