Default B18C1 Block/Head ?

Would a GSR Block with a B16 head be quicker than a complete GSR?

With a B16 head, you'd be giving up some compression.

What if the B16 has CTR Cams and a skunk2 manifold?

a b16 head on gsr block is only good if you upgrade the pistons or for turbo

If you're keeping the car N/A, I would suggest changing the pistons as well. The cams and manifold are great upgrades, but they need a little more compression to realize full potential.
