doesn't turn over

Ok here's the deal..did a swap from an ls to a gsr..I know i know..don't ask..Anyhow..I'm not gettin any juice to the fuel pump..I have no clue where to start..ANy advice would help..peace

first things first. check your fuses. make sure everything checks out. make sure you're using the right amp fuse. secondly, check your wiring. power wire.. also make sure you have it grounded to a good source. frame, etc places..

if all your wiring is checking out, make sure its not the pump thats burnt out or jammed.

after you have checked ^^, you could suspect the PGM-FI relay. jump #5 and #7 on the relay. if that doesn't work try grounding #3. i can't stress enough that you double and triple check your connections. btw, are you sure you have spark? what about the injectors-are they pulsing? if you got anymore ?'s lemme know. i'm refering to the oem service manual
