Default Fuel Pump and Fuel Pressure for LS/Vtec w/bolt ons

I havea 97 Civic EX with a LS/Vtec swap. I have a AEM CAI, Power Flo Itake manifold, AEM Fuel rail and OBD1 conversion........
Right now the car is running like **** at low RPM's.
Im thinking its because of fuel starvation.
What fuel pump should I get to help my problem.
a walbro 190 or 225?
Also I plan on hooking up a fuel pressure gauge. what pressures should i see at idle and 3500 and 5000 rpm.

thanks,
Russ Brown

well u dont have a lot of power to accomodate so your stock fuel pump will suffice. fuel pressure should be between 30-35 psi at idle with the vacuum line that goes to the fpr disconnected and clamped shut.

so your saying the LSvtec with bolt ons doesn't require more fuel than the SOHC VTEC D16Y8 that was in the car stock.
Do you think it is because I'm using a syock JDM B16A Sir1 FPR?
Do you think I should upgrade that?
Any positive advice welcome.
thanks,
Russ

well yeah it definately requires more fuel than the D16 but i just assumed u had the fpr that came with your head. if u have the b16 fpr, you should be getting enough fuel assuming that all other components are working properly.

Any other ideas on why my motor is bogging down and stuttering in low RPMs. but is okay in mid to high RPMs
I would love some advice?
thanks...
I'm trying to get my car running well so I can sell it to someone.
