Id like to know, seeing as thats the next thing im buying, its either eagle or tunertoys. I know I wont have any problems with the eagles, but the tunertoys are a ? mark.

Think, a magazine, a D series, 400 whp, and Tunertoys rods. Stay tuned.

Tuner toys also questioned these rods when first coming in contact with them. Then he bought a set and had them sent to a reputable machine shop for hardness testing, clearance testing, ect, ect. They came back with excellent results, and that's pretty much where we are today. Some guys are running them, but there hasn't been much feedback on them.
Tuner toys actually does offer eagle rods too, and he could sell any other brand of rod he wished, but a company set up on the basis of "the smaller budget diy'er first", these are the kinds of products that match the market. And he stands behind ever thing he sells.

i think it all matters on how much power you want to make reliably......there are some guys making 300whp on stock rods so pushing the tuner toy rods to 400whp should not be an issue.

14b is going to be pretty small for that setup, i'd go with something a little bigger, but good luck!

i had tuner toys rods to compare to my eagles and the eagles were def. more quality like on the eagles you cant see the line with the cap meets with the rest of the rod and the beams look alot better on the eagles i give them a 7 if eagles were a 10...i wound up selling them and go with eagles.
