Default DX to Ex Tranny Swap

Can I get any guidance on doing this? Everything carries over from the DX tranny, right? Do I just slide the whole clutch assembly onto the EX tranny? Thanks.

Thanks, should I just drain the tranny dry of oil and put new oil in? How do I bleed it and run oil through it, is there a certain technique?

If you dont want to lay in nasty smelly oil that you cant get out of your hair without a 3 hour shower, then drain it.

You don't have to bleed your clutch line, because you don't need to open the system at all. Just take the 2 bolts off that hold the slave cylinder to the transmission, and tuck it away somewhere.

exactly. and the clutch bolts to the flywheel the throw out bearing goes on the tranny. its a direct swap. there is no external difference in the trannies.
