The vaccuum nipple on my hks bov has apparently broken off. It still flutters and is apparently functioning. What should I do to fix the nipple problem? I assume if I leave it I will get some turbo surge, so any help apprciated.

You are going to have to take the BOV apart and drill out the broken nipple and then thread it to put a fitting in it.

I will look at the one I have here and let you know how difficult it would be.
