Default something went wrong and i dont know what it is help is needed

here is what happend i just built my head last week and got the car running finally
i took the car out a few times to make sure everything was ok. everything went good until i missed a gear again but this time the upgraded valvetrain saved me from bending any valves. now the car is giving out tons of black smoke my wideband cane even read the ar ratio because it so rich. also there is a huge amount of pressure being vented trough my valve cover gasket like once every 30 seconds or so sometimes longer and if i take me dip stick out it blows out hard and lets out steam or smoke along with a woosh sound. the car starts on a dime and my tach is steady 1000 rpms or just little less. my vacume on my boost guage is normally around 22-25 in hg now it at 16-18 in hg at idle. there is no contamation in my coolant and the oil looks the way it should. also with the car idleing the valve cover breather is sucking in and with a quick throb to the throttle it relese pressure. does any one know what this can be?

Might want to do a compression and leak down test to see what's up. Almost sounds like bad rings or cracked ringlands.
