My 03 Civic is making a loud tapping noise under the front passanger seat. I took it to a mechanic and he did A brief once over and said my exaust pipe was hitting my frame. It only makes this hitting noise when I am coasting/ or barely pushing on the gas and it wont do it when im braking pushing on the gas, or cornering. Is that what it is, my pipe? or is it something with my clutch
