LOL, would say so myself.
Anyway, what type of engine management are you using? From the sound of it, you have a turbo but no way to control the fuel? Even if you had planned on using the AFC Hack, you would already know that you need bigger injectors than 240cc if you had researhced it and would know it would be a waste of time to even set it up, only to do it all over again when you got the bigger injectors.

in answer of your question. yes you can tune with your vafc.
of course everyone on HT hates it as a tuning program. but it's clearly up to you.

I think either I misunderstood you or you werent clear. Are you saying you want to tune your turbo NOW while the biggeer injectors are coming OR you want to use ther VAFC once the bigger 450's get there. I personally didnt think the AFC Hack is too bad. I think the money spent on gettign the AFC could have been used to get a chipped ECU but to each his own.
if u want to blow your motor go ahead and tune it with a vafc, its a piggy back computer, and it is very limited, i would seriously not recommand it, u never want to cheez ball your fueling, and engine mangement

obviously you have not talked to people who have been running the hack for thousands of miles. I ran the hack fopr awhile and my motor ran great. Just had to adjust the timing a bit. While the hack might not be the most respected way to control fuel, it is effective.

there really isnt any problems tuning wit the vafc...i know some people who tuned wit the vafc and ran for years until they upgraded to hondata....its probably not the best way to tune but for a daily drivin car i think it might be ok...plus it depends on the person who tunes it if they know wat they are doin or not

i have found a few problems with tuning your motor with the vafc2 i also had it and at low boost it want too big of a deal but as soon as i worked up to about 12+ i began having trouble. the vafc 2 actually lies to the computer so it tells it you are running lean when u add fuel. so the computer thinks its lean and adds fuel well when it does that it might advance the ignition timing. same things goes the other way you want to lean it out. the vafc2 says take a way fuel and it tells the computer you are running rich. etc.... i suggest that if u tune it on the vafc 2 find away that you can look at ur ignition and air/fuel tables when the car is under a load....ull find that the 2 are not in the same place...they will be all over the map. it will be ok as long as u keep it about 8-9 lbs...many ppl have done it and it works great..it did for me but u might as well go ahead and get hondata...i love it. its much better. just my .02
My suggestion would be to do an OBD2 to OBD1 swap and run a chipped ECU setup with CromeFREE or Uberdata. The reason everybody says their hack method runs great is cause their timing is more advanced then other setups. Advance the timing you get more HP/TQ, but advance it too far and you'll get knock or detonate.
the Vafc hack is deff do able up to around 14 psi , i got greedy on my first motor and tried pushing it past this point and blew my sleeves up. So it can deff do what you need to do but i would get the s200 considering how many of them are being sold for cheap now that the s300 is out. It is by far a way better ems system, and will make you much more reliable!!!!!

using the vafc is ok if u plan to boost in the single digits and not go crazy high...the s200 is gettin cheaper but having someone who knows how to tune it can be very expensive also
