Default Bad Throttle body an b16a

What are some signs that you might have a bad throttle body or your throttle body is going bad.
The reason I ask this is because my car idles bounces from 1000 to 1200 when the car is warmed up constantly. I can then put alittle pressure on the throttle lever to close it more and it will idle normal again evey time.
I have done vaccum leak checks cleaned my iacv and swapped it cleaned and screwed in the plastic part in the fitv and swapped it, swapped ecu's, adjusted the idle screw, checked and swapped throttle cables, replaced my throttle body gasket and still have this damn bouncing idle so any info or suggestion would help me thanks.

If there's no problem with the timing. Throttle rotor is my input too.

I need to check my timing, but you think that could cause this bouncing idle.
