Default serious problem with car (bad idle... low vacuum, car dies)

i've tried various forums, including here and had no luck yet... so here it goes

OK here is the story:
one day i was driving home from work, and my car started acting funny
(built d16y8 motor running on neptune)
i thought it was a vacuum leak, since i once had a problem similiar to this and my map sensor was disconnected (luckily i figured it out before driving it)

well this time, it got worse and worse, and i thought maybe I had a vacuum leak, but i was wrong

my friend also had the same problem as me... but his belt skipped a tooth, then a day later his car died... and compression showed a problem in cylinder #3

UPDATES:
compression results
190 180 190 190
leakdown test less than 1% across all four
no vacuum leaks (tested with a bike pump and a boost leak diy tester)
timing with timing gun ... perfect
switched out OEM fpr for another OEM fpr
installed a new ignitor coil inside my distributor
fuel pressure gauge installed... reading 45 psi at idle

Any other ideas? Could my RC injectors be bad? is there a way to test them out?
how about my oem fuel rail? i i have a couple spares laying around, but not sure if thats the culprit.
