Default Really Stupid Mistake: Jack went thru the frame...how do I patch the hole?

This is my first time posting. But I've been reading this board for a while. Anyways....this is what happened:

I finsihed changing my oil. I raised the jack again so I could get the jack stands out. After doing so, I lowered the jack. But I forgot I still had the my oil container under the car. I wasn't able to pull it out. So I had to raise the car again. I wasn't paying close enough attention and the jack had moved off the jack spot. So after I a few pumps of the jack, the car all of a sudden dropped down. But the jack hadn't lowered. Instead, it punched a hole through the frame. So now I have a three inch wide circle in my frame on the passager side. Oh, and I also feel like a really big idiot.

So...how do I patch the hole? I don't see the hole presenting any real problems. I just want to take care of it so I can put this blunder behind me. I can reach the hole by lifting up the floor carpeting. So I can work on it from under the car and in the car.

thx.

if you can somehow push it back, get it re-welded. if you cant push it back, what i'd do is just get it cut out and welded back in

cut the piece clean and weld a bigger diameter metal sheet patch on there.... if there is any uneveness you can put bondo on the inside to make it even with the rest of the floor for that JDM... i mean OEM look
