ok look guys, my friend has a 95 civic ex, with a lil problem. its idleing at 2k. wat seems to be the problem? can u guys please help us??? we tried reading the codes on the ecu, and its saying its the throttle position sensor.

 

Get a new throttle postion sensor. You basically just answered your own question.
