Default H2B, TPS,ECU, EGR

OK GUYS iam having throttle response issue, drops right off no response untill higher rpm car picks up..
first i broke off my tps sensor WHEN SWAPING ENGINE , luckily i had a friend with a crash lude with another jdm h22a in it, so i borrow his,
put it on ajusted it to .5v closed throttle tightend down went for a rip, same response
wire in knock,vtec pressure and solanoid.. , vtec kick in great on par..
the only other thing iam guessing is that iam using the jdm p13 ecu, thats looking for egr, which i dont have hooked up.., will that have and effect on the computer looking for egr on ecu effect
also i remvod the tps sensor and the cars throttle behavior was exactly the same.. if that help you guys help me... thanks guys..

got her all working right even CEL is gone, turn out i needed the tps to be exactly on .5v. .45v didnt work for me, h2b swap is god...

problem is back, re-checked tps, its still good, the code iam getting is a 20 (ELD), iam going to be searching and reading but if anyone can help me out with some suggestion in the mean time, it would help... thanks..

so got all working perfect now,
fix was basically, egr block off plate, because the 94 integra never came with that sytem and a chipped and tuned ecu p28..
i was having hasitation at 3500 or below, even after egr block off plate , i had a code 20 eld, code 3, and a 12, which was egr n map,
i was also had no idle on cold start up followed by pulsing idle due to faulty fast idle valve, and faulty map sensor..
just some tips for guys with these issues in the future...
