gsr jrsc iat overheat
i have a problem overheat intake with the setup, the iat is 216 @11.7psi 7500rpm and i have knock 4.1V .the map timing is 15 degree but retarded by iat after 190 @ 13 degree and knock -2 degree@ 3V =11 degree timing
. the afr is 11.1 open loop, after knock 10.75, the cylinder #3 2.7% more fuel .
the 4 plugs look good but a little bit to rich. not sign detonation.

jrsc pulley 4 and crv
wiseco 81.5 10.0-1
eagle rod,arp bolt
headers dc 2.5``
exaust 2.5``
edelbrok trottle body
aem cai
aem ems and wideband
440cc high imp.,walbro 255
gm 3 bar
plug ngk 7 and fuel pump 91
what is the best way for a good tuning , ngk 8, water injection or racing fuel?

you cant lower iat temps with the jrsc unless oyu intercooler it. welcome to the downfall of the eaton type blower

shouldn't be running over 10psi without little shot of n20, water injection or intercooler.
and over 10psi you need a modded blower by endyn or atleast some type of intercooler. i can think of 3. JRs water injection, snow performance's alcohol/water injection or lht's manifold intercooler. but i would send to endyn for blower clearance, porting work.
