Default little plug to jump ecu check engine lights

ok i know that its above the ecu from reading but i can not find it to save my life would it maybe be behind the glove box,,,

yah i did its the iac code 14 but the thing the car has a bouncy idle till it warms up but it also when you take off in the car it bucks till you hit over 3k and i thought it would be the tps but its not throwing that code...
