Default Tachometer

hey guys i'm new to the forum. i'm justin and i'm hoping yall can help with something. i'm going to install a tach in a 95 civic with a 1.5 motor. the car doesnt have a tach from the factory. where do i need to run the tach from on this model car? i would think the coil or the ecu but i'm not familiar with these kinds of cars at all. thanks for the help.

You could always just go out and get a cluster with a tach....plug and play....and a much cleaner look IMO.

the blue wire coming from the distributor is the tach wire. It is on your i.c. plug, just not used

yeah that test wire is very easy. it should be taped on to the harness and very easy to locate. next to the brake master cylinder
