I have a t3 67 trim turbo and the other cday i thought that the drain was wrong so i changed it around but the same thing the turbo spews oil all over my block. what could that be and how bad could it be? it has only done it twice or three times....the other day when i chamged my oil it took 5 qts of oil to fill but the type r pan is like 4 qts.. could that be some of the problem?

 

Do you have the wronge dip stick? or not check your oil on level ground?

 

i did it in the shop and i put 4 qts in and started teh car to run the oil throughout the motor and it was low so added more....its my first turboed car so i figured it was the turbo.. any help?

 

you might have to much oil and its not draining back properly... Did you add oil and check it while it wa running?

 

i had a problem kind of the same. no sealant on my oil pan! so i took it off and threw some sealant on there.

 

i drained the oil today where i had only engouh but the turbo still spew oil..
