i was advised to check my neutral safety switch since my car wont even try to crank but i can pop the clutch and it drives perfect, and information would be great, a picture would be fantastic or just a basic " this is how you figure out if its broke/how you fix it" type of thing

 

is there power in the car? i.e. lights, radio, etc.?

check ignition switch, fuses, starter, battery

 

like i said in the other thread where you asked me the same question, yes everything powers up perfect, when i got to crank it, all that happens is the radion restarts like it usally does.

 

check your starter & related fuses

 

What the hell is a neutral safety switch? First I've ever heard the term.

 

i think its what you bypass when you put a remote start in a stick, hence, no clutch signal=no turn on

 

how do i check the ignition switch

 

multimeter... check for connection (ohm or continuance) and check voltages
