sounds like u had the same problem i had. ur gonna kick ur self in the face if its this lol. check for the rubber at the top of the clutch pedal assembly. if the little rubber fell out the clutch safety switch wont engage so the car won't start. So to check it push the button on the switch and hold it while turning your car on. hope that helped.

there are only a handful of possibilities
-starter relay
-ignition switch
-wiring between any of starting circuit components.

you've already cancelled out clutch interlock switch, grounds, and starter by performing a bypass jump.

usually the ignition switch will intermittently fault before it completely craps the bed...usually. you can test continuity of the switch in the start position, but you will need the switch pin out. that i dont have. easy enough to find though.
orrr you can try and jump the relay. should be located up and behind the stereo. bit of a tough placement. if jumping te relay has no effect, jump after the relay, power side. if the starter engages then, relay is bad. or you can just shotgun it and swap the relay with another in the car
