I was hoping to get away without one, but the alignment rack this morning showed I had -2.1 degrees left and -2.4 degrees right camber. The guy set the toe for me on all 4 wheels and only charged my $20 (this was at 7 a.m., they weren't busy), but I guess I'll have to shell out the money for a camber kit and put it on, then bring it back to them.
ingalls extreme kit for around $200 isnt too bad for the peace of mind that you will not have to buy tires every 2 months!
installation isnt too bad either.

Well I don't think i will be buying tires every 2 months, with regular rotation. I would like to have about 1 to 1.5 deg. camber, which I think a regular camber kit should be able to correct. It's just extra money for the parts and the time and adjustments that I was hoping to avoid.

H&R Sport, supposedly 1.75 in front (I didn't measure before installing), but my car is pretty low, only 1-finger gap in front.

Premature tire wear stinks... but MAN it helps handling if the camber is dialed in right.

I have the same springs with Tokico Blues and 17" wheels, 205/40/17 tires. I think I have less fender clearance than you. It definitely looks like more than a 1.75" f and 1.5" r drop. Supposedly my Tokicos drop my car another .5" or so, but I can't verify that for sure. I haven't measured my camber, but I suspect I'm in the same situation as you. I wouldn't mind except camber kits for this car are so damn expensive. Oh well. How are the Konis? Good, I assume, from the
.
.
I have the spring perches on my Konis set at stock for the front, and on the lower perch in back, so it's probably closer to a 2" drop in back (went from almost 4-finger gap to less than 1 in back).
Been looking through old threads and I'm seeing that a lot of you with Konis(yellows) are setting your front perches higher than your rear. I'm not sure I understand because from my experience, with Sportlines at least, the back tends to sit lower than the front (sag).
This was evident with Tokico blues in my previous cars as well as everyone I knew that had Sportlines. I am currently using RS*R race springs (average 2.2" drop!!) with "yellows" and have finally decided to raise the ride height for longer lasting tires as well.
So the question is: Am I correct, in theory, about the idea of raising the rear one perch higher with Sportlines? Or H&R Sports would be a better spring to go with altogether? I know everyone's got an opinion. Just wanna get all the fact beforehand because I were just about to whip out the charge card. Thanks!

The front shocks are on the top perch already. The rears only have about 1 or 1.5 neg. camber w/ the perches on the bottom setting, if I read the computer screen in front of the alignment rack correctly. Before I lowered the car, and after I lowered it w/ the perches all at stock positions, my car sat higher in back than in front, so putting the rears on the lower setting evened it out very nicely.
