what tensioner you talking about? if your talking about the timing belt tensioner its not that hard and if you do that also do the belt and water pump at the same time.

you will have to pull the valve cover lower/crank pully/plastic covers/motor mount/ then you can take off the timing belt. no need to pull the motor
