Hi,

we are planning to change turbo in my civic (B16A2). I make 11.90 on 1/4 mile on Turbonetics T3/T4 on grip like on normal road (no dragslip).
We were thinking about GT35/40R and we even made some tests on dyno. It was blowing about 2 bar on about 6000 rpm. but we havent finished dyno-tuning or any tests on street and back to T3/T4 to finish season on setup we know well.
Im not quite sure if it is the best turbo for 1/4 mile. Any suggestions? What turbo I should buy to make 600 HP and over with lag less than 0-5000rpm? Maybe some hybrid?

any ideas what more stuff should I buy or change?
What size of tires would be the best for about 600 HP?

 

the Gt40 is way to big.... you would lag for more than you would like. The gt35 is defantly capable of making 600whp so i say go with that. if you would like me to actually do all the calculations to determine how much hp you will make just drop me a line on AIM my screen name is Kingbb69.

Maybe any custom hybrids would be better than GT35?
Anyone know some B16A's setups making 11.0, 10.9 on 1/4?
