Default i need some help

I would like to here weather peoples have had a good or bad experience with a T3/To4e 57 trim. Becuase this is my set up and i dont know what to do weather switch turbos or if i am ok with the one i have (t3/t04e 57 trim )

jmd b16a
8.6.1 CR probe pistons
eagle rods
block guard
all new bearing through the whole egine
port and polish head / 3angle valve job
crower valve springs and valves
crower turbo cams
aem cam gears
msd ignition
ITR intake mani
aem fuel rail
880cc injectors
full-race manifold and downpipe
thermial 3" exhaust
t3/to4e turbo
percision intercooler
crome
aem 3.5 bar map sensor

there might be some more but thats about it i plan on running 15-17 psi this is a street car i really want to make 400-450 whp i dont know weather i should stick with a fast spooling mid range turbo that dies in the top end and if that turbo will even make 400whp or switch to say a bigger t3/t60-1 or even a t3/61 that takes longer to spool and makes more top end than down low and prob makes more HP to what do you guys think for turbo selection what should i do ? and i would love to here peoples input on street honda and whats better a lagger turbo or a smaller one were power is on command i'm new to turbo hondas. Any sugestions and input will be greatly appreacated
