what are your power goals?

there's an LS on here that makes 300 with stock internals.

Get MASE'D!
http://www.masetuning.com
Theres a built LS on there with 400+
My bro also has a built GSR pushing over 400 that was tuned by him...
I hear nothing but good news about him.

hey im new to this forum too, selling my subbie to go integra...Im planning on going a similar route as you. I have a friend whose making around 330wheel and thats on stock internals if Im not mistaken. Im plannin on goin lsturbo stock block for now and running 8-10psi and see how that goes...from what I've read on here you can get a used ls block for like $300 so its fairly easy to replace and then build if the stock block ends up not being strong enough.

use the search mod theres plenty of info there. but yes stock internals can hold up to 300hp, but like good turbo owners know its all about GOOD TUNING!

Check this thread out: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1323059

Specifically about LS turbo setups, you'll learn quite a bit just by reading it.
