b18a1 swap help

i found this on craigslist.org for 100 its a B18A1 bored over 10 but im guessing its not sleeved should i grab it ?

i just wanna build a ls/vtec but nuthing crazy for a daily driver im looking for 170-200 whp

It's just bare block, go for it if you want, but don't forget to get the 0.010 over pistons to match when you're assembling it.
