200 flywheel HP on stock block "Tuned" After that say goodbye to your rods.

it's such a vague answer because it depends on the engine: heavily modded, mild build up, stock, who's tuning it/ how competent tuner is, etc.... you know. I've seen people run 6-14.5 psi but IMO I'd get a standalone if you ever plan to boost beyond 10 psi. The VAFC can only do so much before it becomes handicapped by it's own limitation.

i had a turbo d16z6 with a safc II and i ran 10 psi daily for 2 years with a stock bottom end and the only problem i had was i blew the head gasket. put a new one in with some arp's and its been good ever since.

I've heard if you go over 10 psi on stock rods your going to blow em. someone posted running at 14 psi over a short period of time blew out a couple of stock blocks. 7 to 10 psi is good enough for stock rods, hit ebay and take a look at the pics of oems compared to thick, nice rods i plan on getting. if you can.... look into chipping your ecu, it's easy / if you invest in a wide band, you can uber data your ecu and use the vafc for the fine tuning.

it depends on what type of turbo you'll be using. the end result that you should be concerned with is the horsepower. it shouldn't be much higher than 200hp even though some members have seen 250hp+ on stock z6's (maybe not for long)

200hp should be a reliable setup if it's been tuned properly

Sice you got the vafc, you should also get some dsm 450cc fuel injectors off the talson turbo and the eciplse turbo good up to 10 lbs, should get it turned!

who cares what PSI you can run???
Each turbo is gonna be different, 10lbs on one turbo is gonna flow like 15lbs on another turbo. ive seen stock D motors making 300 WHP with just headstuds, its all in the TUNING, when people start understanding that motors wont be blowing up left and right

i myself run 10lbs on a 50 trim t3/t4 with stage 3 wheel and .63 a/r exhaust, stock internals minus ARP studs. its been running very good with no problems, i figure im making about 230-240 whp or so

so remember people , TUNING TUNING TUNING
i would dump the v-afc hack crap and go with some sort of good program, uber, crome, hondata, neptune , aem etc....
