as the topic says....is this recommanded or will the engine not last. Also what all needs to be swaped and what should i add?

 

If everything is done correctly you shouldnt have any engine problems.

Parts needed:
vtec head
headgasket for said head
intake manifold
ecu for your vtec head
dizzy from the vtec head
vtec solenoid.

I think thats about it.
