Default JDM D15B turbo(1.5L SOHC VTEC) OR N/A JDM B16A

Well what do you guys think? Turboed D15B or N/A B16A.Im asking cause I finally have dough to to this. If I go D15B turbo it will be cheaper cause I already have motor. Turbo will be D16Z6 turbo kit from greddy with addition of BOV and intercooler. I know a D15B will take out a N/A B16A but is the additional power worth losing the all motor feel. Plus the turbo kit is street legal. im also thinking of Turbo B16a but only comment on SOHC VTEC Turbo or DOHC VTEC non turbo.

My friend put down 195whp @ 10.5 psi on his D15B takes STI's no problem. Stock motor too, with a thunderbird turbo.

Oh just so you know, if you get a Greddy kit its going to be pretty hard to make any kind of power if your not boosting more then 10psi. I would look into the Edlebrock kit. Still CARB legal and makes alot more power.

Which means free power with labor paid But we'll see what happens. How much power does the Edlerbrock kit make and whats the cost?

My opinion is a B16 or GSR.

Some prefere NA others FI take your pick. If it's purely about performance the turbo D15 will beat a B16.
