turbo for SOHC V-TEC

Yeah I am new to this whole place but i was wondering which turbo and what BOV and wastegate i should use for a mid to high boost motor. It is in a SOHC V-TEC. If someone can help me out i would appreciate it.

just do a search for sohc, or turbo and you can find what everyone else has.

The GReddy and Apexi kits are the best for daily driving. Good power, fast spool, kinda high price though.
