which one of theses three have been proven to make more hp built up. and also reliable. and in your opinion u would build up

i got b20/gsr head...so far so good..only have 1,000miles on the setup...but its a good choice b20.........but so would ls/vtec..cheaper..

so the ls vtec would be cheaper to build. would it reach 220hp and maybe around 130-140 torque with it? also if i go b20 or ls vtec which vtec head should i use?

with cams and tuning yes, it will see 220/140 (MINE BETTER!)

you'd want to use a b16 head or a ITR head PREFERABLY

TUNE your engine!

any motor is reliable as long as you build it right and get a good tune.
