i wanted to know if 4 gen civic si have vtec?

the first civic with vtec would be a 92. so no.

Honda Civic SiR (JDM) 1990-1991 (4th Gen Civic) - B16A SiR

Only the SiR had VTEC (DOHC).

Otherwise:

Honda Civic Si (4th Gen Civic Si)/CRX Si 1988-1991 - D16A6 (SOHC NON-VTEC)

how do you figure thats a good build? High compression and cast pistons are not a good thing in street daily driven cars with turbo. Just my opinion though

i dont but one of my friends had a b16 with type r intranls had it ran good on the street . as for the turbo i dont know any one whos has done that so dot know
