B16A Crank fluctuation sensor ( Need help Badly)
I have just about a complete B16A2 Si Engine Complete, ive searched for an hour and a 1/2. I have a OBD-1 P28 ECU and 95 GSR Distributor and my stock 93 Civic Hatchback CX Engine Harness (Wired up for VTEC) and i was wondering if i need this stupid crank fluctuation sensor. I hate to got buy a 85+ dollar sensor, any help would be great.

correct me if im wrong but, isn't the b16a2 a 99-00 si engine.
and if so that would mean that it is a obd2, so how can you be running a p28
obd1 ecu?

You dont need to hook it up. I have the same engine in my 96 CX and im running a p28. The p28 doesnt look for it so no need to hook it up.
The p28 can be used on many different engines. I have a obd2a to obd1 jumper harness and have the p28 chipped with the correct program to run the b16.
