I have always been thinken about a turbo, and now that i saw that new honda tuning mag, and saw the turbo on a white gsr with all stock parts runnin 7.8 psi, i am gonna do it, and im asking yall if it will be ok 2 run a car withe the compression ratio at 10.0:1 and have 7.8 psi?? if so, what all would i need, bigger injectors, fuel rail, what else?? and what turbo kit is the best priced best quality?? please help....

you will either need a lot of band aids (fpr, vafc, etc) or a system like the hondata in order to run safest, and fastest.

a hondata or comperable unit will add annother 1000 to your cost, but I have heard many times that it is well worth it.

 

hondata?? like what exactly would i need 2 run safe, like every last little thing, lol, cuz i dont wanna buy a 3,000 dollar turbo and put it on and somethin goes wrong with the engine, can someone please help me....

 

You can try asking in the Forced Induction forums .. or you can try a search. Either way you'll get plenty of info (search first).

do not post this question in forced induction. Just do a search first, coz that's what they will tell you, as this has been covered heaps of times. Do a search and learn about how turbo's work. There is vast info on archives that will give you info overload. I have a 95 GSR and im goin turbo with 8 psi boost and haltech standalone ecu.
