Default HELP WITH HU [alpine]

i got a alpine CDE-9845

i hooked it up and everything works except the cd

i press eject and it sounds like there is something in it tryna come out but im almost possitive that there isnt anything inside. i tried sticking in a cd and it doesnt go in. the screen says error whenever i try ejecting or putting a cd in. im in need on music...can someone tell me what is wrong with this thing???

Alpine warranty depot, if not under warranty, remove chassis lid and make sure there is nothing in the CD transport, foreign objects. 94
